1. The following documents can be printed and mailed to brothers without internet access.

Mailing brothers these documents will provide information so they know how to participate in the G.P.S Program. The introduction letter can be customized by your Secretary.
2. The Member Sentiment Form is filled out by a brother who can’t attend Lodge. If he has something to share, he fills it out and mails it back to your Secretary – providing him the opportunity for his sentiments to be read in Lodge. If the Lodge’s collective sentiment concurs, a G.P.S. may be submitted by the Master and Secretary. Use of this form is a great way to stay connected with your brothers who might feel increasingly disconnected from their Lodge.
3. The downloadable G.P.S. Lodge Submission form (pdf) is only for the Master and Secretary of the Lodge. This printable form is only to be used when the Master and Secretary simply can’t use the online submission form. The online submission form is located to the left of the video- player on the previous page. If the hard copy form must be used, it is filled out by the Master and given to your District Deputy. Your District Deputy will then submit the online form for your Lodge once your Master requests that he does so.
4. Further explanation regarding the program can be obtained by reading the FAQ document and by watching the video a few times. If anything is unclear, simply share your questions with your District Deputy he will get you an answer from the G.P.S. Committee. |
